Make St. Patrick's Day a Holiday
St. Patrick's Day is not an official holiday like Columbus Day, Labor Day and Thanksgiving Day are. Proposition 317 asks Congress to make St. Patrick's Day an officially recognized holiday in the U.S. The goal is to get at least one million signatures on a petition supporting Proposition 317 by midnight Sunday so it can be presented to Congress on St. Patrick's Day.
