Trick-Or-Treating by Star Sign

Do you like to check out your horoscope from day to day?  Here’s your Trick-Or-Treat horoscope today.  See how close your star sign is.  I’m a Taurus and when I read it I thought, yeah, that’s me!

*Aries pushes the others aside to get to the door first.
*Taurus will only eat the finest of Swiss chocolate (or in my case, any chocolate at all!!).
*Gemini goes around the neighborhood once, changes costumes and goes around again.
*Cancer stays at home and gives candy to the other trick-or-treaters.
*Leos plan their costume for months, then won’t go out because someone else had the same idea.
*Virgo wears a neatly-pressed suit and tells everyone they’re a bookkeeper.
*Libra is still standing in front of the closet trying to decide on a costume.
*Scorpio isn’t in it for the candy.
*Sagittarius will manage to wander to the next town.
*Capricorn makes a list of all the houses that give good candy and the optimal route to take.
*Aquarius builds the costume out of spare flashlights and spends all night tinkering when it shorts.
*Pisces skips the whole thing to compose poetry to the moon.

Is your sign close to your personality??

Cloris on Jimmy Kimmel

We know that Cloris Leachman was eliminated from Dancing With the Stars this week.  She appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live that same night and wreaked havoc for Jimmy.  Watch the clip by clicking here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EfcopoQ0pV4.  As you can see she really seems to enjoy sitting on the floor!  And she definitely threw Jimmy for a loop, even correcting his grammar!  Check it out!  Rumor has it she’s fielding offers to appear in Young Frankenstein on Broadway and in a Quentin Tarrantino movie.  She’ll be the grand marshall of the Rose Parade New Years Day.   Looks like she’s having the last laugh!

Harry Potter Preview

Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince won’t hit the theaters until summer 2009 but we can get an early glance at it.  It was supposed to debut next month but the Warner Brothers studio decided they didn’t need the boost they will inevitably get with Harry Potter so they moved it to the summer.  But if you click here http://popwatch.ew.com/popwatch/2008/10/new-hp6-trailer.html and check out two trailers for the film.

Need to Escape???

Have you ever been in a situation that you need out of and you just wish a friend would call you so you could make up an excuse to leave?  Well, check out this website www.getmooh.com.  It’s an automated call back service.  It’s designed to help you escape a variety of situations by calling you automatically on your phone at a pre-specified time and playing you a recording which will either instruct you on what to say to get away from an unwanted person or will simply give you a convincing sense of being on an important call.  Best of all, it’s completely free!  So next time you have to have coffee with a less than liked neighbor or coworker or are going on a date you’re not sure you really want to go on, go online first and set up your excuse to escape a long boring evening!
